Internal Whistleblowing System
"Consorci Turisme de Barcelona" has an Internal Whistleblowing System that allows any irregularity that could constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence to be reported in the work or professional context, under the protection of the law.
The following people may use this Internal Whistleblowing System:
- Employees and members of the governing bodies.
- Self-employed persons.
- Any person working for or under the supervision and management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Any person who communicates information on infringements obtained in the context of an employment or statutory relationship that has already ended.
- Volunteers, trainees and workers undergoing training.
- People whose employment relationship has not yet started in cases where information on infringements has been obtained during the selection process.

The Internal Whistleblowing System Policy is available in pdf (only in Catalan); this regulates the rights and safeguards for whistleblowers.
