Family Card, a new product for families
A new card is being launched featuring discounts at visitor attractions designed to attract this strategic target group.

This month sees the launch of a new Turisme de Barcelona product designed specifically for a strategic target group that has grown in recent years and gives a boost to quality tourism: family tourism. The number of visitors with families has grown by 8.3% over the past year and accounts for around 5.5% of total visitor numbers.
The Barcelona Family Card Includes travel on public transport and admission to different visitor attractions at a set price, as well as discounts and tips about places to visit at the destination. The card is available in three-, four- and five-day formats and features 10 attractions, including CosmoCaixa, the Colònia Güell, the Tibidabo Amusement Park and Museu de la Xocolata. It offers overall savings of 60%, as well as an extra 20% on visitor attractions outside the city, such as Catalunya en Miniatura, Marineland and Port Aventura.
The card is aimed at high-spending visitors who are particularly interested in culture and are boosting turnover at visitor attractions, shops and restaurants.
