The Barcelona Shopping Line has a triple aim:
- To position Barcelona as an international shopping city.
- To make people aware of the 5-kilometre retail hub, the Barcelona Shopping Line, a retail model that combines architecture, culture and services: a large shopping centre comprising different areas whose shops are one of its major strengths.
- To create an umbrella brand to make people aware of the shops on the Barcelona Shopping Line and to channel demand from abroad and improve services for our customers.
The office signs collaboration agreements with organisations associated with the retail world, in order to improve services and reduce costs for joint interventions.
The collaboration agreement with the bank Catalunya Caixa offers our members particularly interesting advantages.
In association with Turisme de Barcelona, we deal with fam-trips, journalists, travel agencies and tour operators and members of the travel trade, who make an effective contribution, through the information they provide, to our position as an international shopping city.
We work on the major events organised by the city: congresses, conventions, trade fairs, sporting and cultural activities, etc.
We organise individually and jointly events that help us further establish our position, such as the Christmas Shopping in Barcelona campaign.
